  It is nearly impossible to get a hold of this office via phone. Their automated system does not work on weekends at all. All it does is read you the hours for their memorial day holiday (it's been months since then). You also have no option to leave a message on weekends or weekdays. The prescription refill line is only available during business hours which vary day to day because I cant seem to ever catch anyone when I call. Their hours are impossible for booking an appointment unless you take a day off of work (and even then they may cancel you). There is no late day for scheduling routine physicals. More than once my prescription has been called in incorrectly (wrong patient, wrong amount). I was billed incorrectly (they were sending bills to an apartment complex that I did not live in -even though my address was up to date in the office records), instead of calling me to get the correct address, the bills were continued to be sent until I was sent to collections. All they had to do was call and I would've given the correct address. Otherwise, great doctors, clean building, nice waiting area, simple check in checkout process. They just need to seriously work on their communications and scheduling process.
